WTC Disability Law
Filing Deadline
is September 11, 2010!
The World Trade Center
Disability Law creates a
presumptive eligibility for
accident disability retirement

conditions if such disability
occurred as a result of
participation in the World
Trade Center Rescue, Recovery,

from September 11,

All active members or
those members who vested
