Welcome to the website of the Lieutenants Benevolent Association of the NYPD. Our Association represents all Lieutenants who work in the New York City Police Department and those Lieutenants who have retired from the NYPD.

Our goal is to improve the working conditions, benefits, and lives of our members as well as helping to improve the quality of life of every New York City resident and visitor to our great City.
